Water-UV is a different conversation from air-UV. The certifications are different — WRAS approval is what lets you put a UV system on a UK potable supply — the failure modes are different, and the service expectations are different. DARO carries WRAS and Kiwa UK approvals on its ECO and Saphir systems, making it a straightforward, documented choice for any building with a water-quality compliance obligation.

Low-pressure UV water disinfection — WRAS + Kiwa approved

A single centred low-pressure UV lamp system for disinfecting clean water to the relevant water standards. The UV lamp and quartz sleeve are removable from either end of the chamber for easy servicing. Used on private drinking-water supplies, process water and cooling supplies, and as a recognised control for Legionella growth in warm-water systems.
