Light Progress builds UV-C disinfection equipment with validated, measured dose — not approximations. Mobile units for room turnover, in-duct UV for HVAC, conveyor tunnels for food packaging, and bio-decontamination cycles for cleanrooms.
UV-C is dose-time-distance. A lamp on its own doesn't mean disinfection — you need to measure what hits the surface. Light Progress ships every unit with dose-mapping data so you can prove the cycle worked, not just claim it. That's what BRC, MHRA and CQC inspectors actually want to see.
Every unit ships with manufacturer documentation, our 30-day trial option, and lease finance from our partner where applicable.

Continuous wall-mounted UV-C air decontamination
Continuous, in-room UV-C air disinfection that's safe with people present, 24 hours a day. Air passes a photocatalytic TiOx honeycomb filter (titanium dioxide nanoparticles + silver salts) that reduces NOCs and VOCs at every pass, then a mirrored-aluminium germicide chamber where a 60 W high-output lamp (18,000 h life, 253.7 nm peak) inactivates viruses, bacteria and other pathogens. Stainless-steel body, near-silent at 32 dB.

Mobile 5-lamp UV-C tower — 360° air + surface disinfection
Five UV-C lamps on a wheeled stand deliver 360° direct radiation to disinfect both air and surfaces — even areas traditional systems struggle to reach. Removes up to 99.9999% of viruses and bacteria: 99.99% in 4 minutes at 3.5 m, rising to 99.9999% by 10 minutes (University tests to FDA standards). A motion sensor on each side switches the lamps off the instant anyone enters, with remote start/stop and purple/red/green status indicators.
In-line conveyor UV-C irradiator for packaging surfaces
A conveyor irradiator that disinfects the surfaces of packages and trays on or around production lines — microbiologically and virologically — removing the need for chemical disinfection. Engineered with no shadow effect, so every visible tray surface is treated, and fully enclosed so no UV-C light escapes the tunnel.

Tabletop UV-C box for small tools and objects
A handy desktop device with simple operation and compact dimensions, for UV-C disinfection of small tools and objects — sat on a bench, reception desk or treatment-room worktop.
Stainless UV-C knife & tool cabinet
Highly efficient pure-quartz UV-C lamps (253.7 nm) in a stainless steel AISI 304 cabinet with a UV-resistant LEXAN® window. A programmable timer with pause between irradiations, a holder for 11–16 knives, and a door safety switch that cuts the UV the moment it's opened.

Food-sector tool & equipment cabinet
Keeps tools, containers and equipment disinfected to food-sector hygiene standards. UV-C lamps are positioned to irradiate all surfaces with no shadows, and internal reflection boosts power and cuts exposure time — eliminating 99% of Bacillus, E. coli, Salmonella, Legionella and more in around 4 minutes, with no heat, liquids or chemicals. Tools stay sterile for hours after washing.
Light Progress also builds UV-C that mounts inside the ductwork and air-handling unit — keeping coils, heat exchangers and condensate water free of biofilm and controlling Legionella at source: UV-C Duct Modules, UV-DUCT-FL, UV-RACK, UV-STICK-SCR, UV-STYLO-E and the high-output UV-MAX-D.
